رواد صناعة الكرتون في فلسطين

تعد الشركة الوطنية لصناعة الكرتون من أوائل الشركات الفلسطينية العاملة في قطاع التغليف بشكل عام، وصناعة الكرتون بشكل خاص.

بدأت الشركة عملها عام 1989 كشركة خاصة برأس مال 600 ألف دينار أردني وذلك بمبادرة من مجموعة من رجاء الأعمال الفلسطينيين، لتتحول عام 1993 إلى شركة مساهمة عامة بجذبها لاستثمارات إضافية رفعت رأس مالها إلى 5 ملايين دولار أمريكي، مما مكن الشركة من توسيع أعمالها ورفع فعالية أدائها.

تعمل الشركة في إنتاج العلب الكرتونية المفتوحة والمغلقة، وفق معايير الجودة العالمية والإقليمية والمحلية، بإيدي فلسطينية وخبرات محلية تراكمت على طول مسيرة الشركة في التمكين والتطوير. تنفذ الشركة عملياتها في مقرها الرئيسي الكائن في المنطقة الصناعية الشرقية من مدينة نابلس، حيث يعمل ما يزيد على 52 موظفاً من حملة الخبرات العملية والدرجات العلمية.

تدرك الشركة أهمية وفعالية دورها في دعم الاقتصاد الفلسطيني، وتواجه الشركة العوائق الناجمة عن التقلبات السياسية والاقتصادية الناتجة عن تبعية الاقتصاد الوطني للاقتصاد الإسرائيلي، والتي تؤدي لحالة عدم ثبات في الاقتصاد الوطني. وعلى الرغم من ذلك تركز الشركة جهودها على تطوير كافة العمليات لتلبي حاجة القطاعات المختلفة في الصناعة والزراعة والخدمات لمنتجات التغليف، وذلك بالتوازي مع العمل على زيادة حصص المساهمين.

ونظراً لحاجة الشركة لزيادة كفاءة العمليات التشغيلية والمالية وفعاليتها، فلقد اتخذ مجلس الإدارة عام 2012 سلسلة قرارات استراتيجية تركزت على إعادة هيكلة الشركة إدارياً، وأدى ذلك إلى زيادة ملحوظة في حجم العمليات ورفع الحصة السوقية في فلسطين مقارنة مع الشركات المنافسة، سواء المحلية أو الإسرائيلية أو الإقليمية، كما ارتفعت الأرباح السنوية والعائد على الاستثمار للشركة إلى مستويات مقبولة وفق المعايير المتعارف عليها في هذا القطاع.

Half Slotted Container (HSC) is similar to Regular Slotted Container without one set of flaps, leaving the top uncovered. All flaps have the same length, and the two outer flaps meet at the center of the box when erected. If a level bottom is required, a fill-in pad can be placed between the two inner flaps.  

Regular slotted Container (RSC) is the typical box construction that results in four flaps on the bottom box opening and four flaps at the top opening

The Full Overlap (FOL) box is a heavy-duty box for heavy-duty purposes. The flaps on this style extend all the way to the opposite side of the box when folded, completely overlapping each other. This adds stacking and structural strength to the box, making it ideal for storing or shipping heavy items

The custom AFM is a very strong box due to the fact that all flaps meet at the center creating a double layer of the thickness of the custom corrugated board. 

Die cut boxes are highly customizable corrugated cardboard boxes designed to fit any shape, size, or need. They are known as die cut boxes because they are cut from plain sheets of corrugated material on a machine known as a die press (or die cutter)

BOTTOM PUSH LOCK cartons box, with a push lock bottom, no tape required for bottom assemble. Also available in white and a heavy duty stock. 

CARRY PACK:-type boxes consist of basically one piece with a glued, stitched or taped manufacturers joint and top and bottom flaps. They are shipped flat, ready to use and require closing using the flaps provided. 

POTATO BOX  A slotted-type boxes consist of basically one piece with a glued, stitched or taped manufacturers joint and top and bottom flaps. They are shipped flat, ready to use and require closing using the flaps provided.

4 CORNERS GLUED is a telescope-type boxes consist of more than one piece and are characterised by a lid and/or bottom telescoping over the body of the box.

Octabin Jumbo boxes consist of more than one piece and are characterised by a lid and/or bottom telescoping over the body of the box.

Wrap Around case packers: cardboard trays are folded around the product laterally closing by four short flaps. It is the model commonly used for transporting bricks (milk, juice, etc.), tiles and, to a lesser extent, bottles
